When families participate, children see cooperation, responsibility, and community in action.

Volunteer Commitment

Each family is responsible for completing:

10 volunteer hours per semester, per enrolled child
 
Hours may be completed over time or all at once, depending on what works best for your schedule. A variety of opportunities are available to accommodate different interests, skills, and availability.

Why it Matters

Piedmont Progressive Preschool is a nonprofit organization that receives no government funding, and nearly all tuition goes directly toward operating the school. Because of this, parent involvement and volunteerism are essential to supporting our staff, maintaining a safe environment, and sustaining the strong sense of community that defines PPP.
